Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped anywhere in Canada only and can be shipped to any address of your choice. Orders can be tracked through Canada Post as soon as they are shipped. Emilie Heymans Design cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes. We offer a $10 flat fee shipping option via Canada Post on all orders within Canada. In-stock merchandise will normally be delivered within 5-10 business days.
Return policy
Emilie Heymans Design wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a full refund for all items purchased on line. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with price tags attached and hygienic protection intact. Refunds for items returned within 21 days of the delivery date will be credited in full (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type.
Returning items to Emilie Heymans Design takes only a few simple steps.
Please include the original invoice in your package, this is to ensure that we credit your account properly.
Please rewrap the item in its original packaging, along with the original invoice. The original packaging has a second adhesive strip that will seal your return securely
For your convenience, we have included a pre-paid Canada Post return label with your package, simply affix this label to the packaging, make sure to cover any other tracking/shipping label. A flat fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) will be deducted from your order refund for return shipping & handling fees.
Ship the package back using Canada Post services. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference.
No refund or credit will be given for shipping return charges unless defective or Emilie Heymans Design error.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your return to be processed. No refund will be given for shipping, unless damaged, defective or Emilie Heymans Design error. Merchandise returned must adhere to the returns policy. Once we receive your return, we'll refund your account. Please contact us if your credit does not appear on your next credit card statement.
